FiHired 

The fenomenon of when an employee is about to get fired, but then in an attempt to backtrack the employee is then FiHired.

Boss: "Hey, if you're going to show up late and then complain about work, we don't need you around here, you're fired."
After the boss saw how much work he would have to do because he fired the employee, he then backtracks.
Boss: "I didn't say you're fired, I said you're FiHired"

FiHired 

The phenomenon of when you're about to be fired, but then the employer backtracks and FiHires you. This is a good way to get a $2/hour raise.

Boss: "Hey, if you're going to show up late and them complain about work, we don't need you around here, you're fired."

The boss then sees how much work he'll have to do that was previously assigned to the fired employee.

Boss: "I didn't say you're fired, I said you're FiHired"
