needle

A piece of poop that is too small to spread the anus and come out, so it stays inside, hardens, and proceeds to poke the inside of one's anus (like a needle) until a larger log comes along to clear the tract.

I've had a needle poking me all night, but I couldn't get it out when I tried to shit.
