1) To have gotten injured badly or fucked up “on the sneak”; to have been completely unaware the attack was coming

2) To have been killed, and have been completely unaware the attack that resulted in death was coming.

Ex: The bastard got Merc’d. He didn’t know it was coming, but he HAD IT COMING!
