To "Shoot Pearls" is to give valuable advice, which may or may not be relevant.

Person A: If she says you don't need a condom, you need a condom.
Person B: Yeah, yeah, whatever.
Person A: Listen, I'm shooting pearls over here for you. Take a listen.
