Noun, an ingrate with an inflated ego caught in a pissing contest to the detriment of everyone around them OR a grate that other people piss on in public. Typically used to refer to a person in the second definition but can also refer to an actual grate used for urination.

Sam: Our manager decided that none of us should get raises until he gets the promotion he wants.
Dean: Wow seriously? What a pissgrate!
