I believe it's what you call getting kidnapped in Tokyo.

I visited Tokyo and i got kidnapped and i didn't know their language so they tried to explain to me in a simple way what has happend to me.

When a Anime/manga author gives one of their characters a small girl characteristics to attract certain kind of people.

"There's a girl i saw in the Anime that's 20 but she looks like she's 6 how is that possible!?"
