A person, usually a male, who cannot stay away from or ignore a girl; look straight ahead when passing, avoid eye contact or do anything but consume the attention and influence of girls.

Man, dem girls is so fine they day guna make me a chickaholic.

A form of government headed by academia. Similar in concept to government headed by the rich being an oligarchy.
