An asshole who thinks they gets to decide what their nickname will be. Not a term of endearment, used for people who you have to stay friends with but don't want to.

Girl 1: Hey isn't that Eric over there? Go say hi!
Girl 2: Nah he's such a cobbledink, if I wasn't friends with Annie he'd be out.
