Forskinzola

A particulaly virulent and pungent form of smegma or other forms of bacterial build-up under the forskin, hence the name.
The affliction mostly effects tramps, hoboes and adult-cinema customers.

Emergency Room:
"Right, get his clothes cut away.......Oh God.....what's that really bad smell?"
"Forskinzola, doctor"
"OK, masks on!"
