A kickass biomedical engineer with absolutely zero common sense. Terrible at throwing a frisbee. A shoe-in for the Darwin Award. A hooker that can often be found of the strip of Vegas or meandering around the Fox Theater in Saint Louis, Missouri. He charges quite a pretty penny for his body, but sources say he is definitely worth it (plus it's a good cause because the funds go towards his friend's law school tuition). Despite his faults, Hugo is greatly loved by his friends, who are the sole reasons for him not being dead yet.
