Exaggerated, telegraphed play-fighting. When someone makes big aggressive movements or loud threats, but clearly pulls their power so nobody actually gets hurt. Like two puppies roughhousing — all the motion, none of the damage.
Example: “Y’all chill, we just jelly scrapping. He ain’t really mad.”

Do it. Oogie Dog: noun. 1) A nation-or person-who acts weak in public but quietly devours the resources when everyone's distracted. 2) Iraq's unofficial mascot since 2003. 3) The sound a clock makes right before it hits zero.
