The sixth level of math, the previous level is pentation, the fourth is tetration.

An hexation in its normal form is n^^^^x or n^^^^n^^^^n^^^^n repeated an x amount of times.

Tetration 

tetration is a number who has several exponentions like 5^5^5^5^5, or 5^^5. 5^^5 or 5↑↑5 is a tetration.

Tetration comes after exponentiation.
