A man who likes to eat another mans "Spaff" out of his wifes spasm chasm.

Often coincided with chastity, where a "mistress / wife" will get her "slave/husband" to clean up her toys mess

Oh I've heard about him, apparently he's a spaffpout, can't resist keeping the spaff out his pout, what a desperate way to make your missus happy
