A famous canadian pop-singer called Shiloh in her 'I am YouTube star Onisions girlfriend' phase. In this phase, she turns into a raging psychopath.

Can also be used as a verb meaning: To steal pictures of children, post them on the internet as their own and claim they are deceased when they are infact not.
