Sugar roasting

The opposite of roasting. Instead of mercilessly pointing out someone's flaws, you aggressively overwhelm them with so many sincere compliments that they become embarrassed, suspicious, or emotionally overloaded.

Person 1: "Bro, your haircut looks amazing. It perfectly frames your face, your smile could sell toothpaste, and honestly, your work ethic is inspiring. You're the kind of person who makes group projects actually enjoyable."
Person 2: "Stop. Are you sugar roasting me?"
Person 1: "Not even close. I haven't even mentioned your incredible emotional intelligence or your impeccable taste in shoes."
