Adjective - When a doctor of philosophy (PhD) or well-educated person receives a felony conviction for a relatively low-level crime;
I am disappointed in our legal system. Doctor Christof did not deserve to get a felony on his record for having 100 grams of ecstasy at a music festival. That's so philonious!
