A frequently seen but rarely diagnosed loss of mental faculties, regarded by some to be great spiritual awakening, while rational people recognize it to be a pernicious form of virulent insanity. Characterized by concrete thinking: that is, thoroughly mixed and firmly set. Also, notably, a bizarre amalgam of explicit details connected in vague generalities that sound almost plausible but on examination reveal wild leaps of loose association and magical pseudo-logic such as one finds in frightened two-year-old children's night terrors.
