A shitty smelly dirty city just west of the Idaho border (extremly different from idaho cities)(commonly known as Spokane if you look at a road map, gps or any other sophisticated mapping device) If you have ever been there you refer to it as Spocompton. It is full of jobless bums begging for drug money and hold up signs saying"Will work for food" But when you offer them a job they turn you away because they are waiting for the handouts.
