When someone selects the middle urinal or toilet stall so any other users are forced not to be able to leave the obligatory gap. Or when someone comes into the toilet and chooses not to leave the obligatory gap when there is one available.

Ah man , I was in the toilet when this guy comes in , checkmates me and then hits me with splashback.
