When a tweaker has been on such a long binge that they have no concept of time and believe they're previous actions happened only an hour or day ago when it was actually a week ago.

No way man, that wasn't yesterday when that happened, it was last tweak.

Twackedelic 

It's the point in which a tweaker has gone beyond the realm of any mental functionality; loss of the ability to think, speak, or comprehend any form of logic and their twacked out personalities become quite colorful.

That tweaker is twackedelic and not to be seen by straight people.
