Vaginal Life-Support Unit. A wife or steady girlfriend who takes good care of you. VLSU is not necessarily intended to be derogatory, and can even be a compliment, but definitely does not describe the full skillset and value of a good woman.
Jason: Yo, Bobcat, your gf is really into you.
Bob: Yeah. She’s my VLSU.

A roadway traffic circle intersection, or “roundabout,” when installed in the United States. Intended to ease gridlock at busy intersections, it has become a source of amusement to Europeans (especially the British) who are “gobsmacked” by the apparent inability of Americans to negotiate them. When the Yankee enters the traffic circle, his odds of being mangled in an accident, or at least being perpetually unable to exit the circle, are greatly increased.
