MethCoon 

A tweaker rummaging through your recycling,typically late at night and taking whatever else that is not tied down. Can be identified by there huge saucer eyes and aggressive twitching behavior.

"Last night I had to chase another damn methcoon out of my yard", "Another methcoon came for my cans and left with propane tank again last night"
