wynch

1. To flake out, be a no-show, dissapoint, or not come through for someone in some way

2. A person who does all of the above

3. the female version of pynch (very archaic, rarely if ever used in this sense)
"Is McNulty going to show or did he wynch out on us?"

"He never called me back." "What a wynch."

"My mom is being such a pynch!" "Incorrect: she is being a wynch." "What? That's not what wynch means!"
