wordsmith

One with the ability to effortlessly string together words, no matter their actual meaning, in an instance and in such a way it brings a smile to the faces of those listening, sometimes often laughter or tears of admiration for having heard someone with such an amazing skill.
Often one to spawn many a catch phrases or wicked new taunts and subtle insults, as well as song lyrics, raps and strange and often disturbing stories that make little sense.
The wordsmith's job is to make up bullshit on the spot.

A Warsmith of the Iron Warriors Traitor Legion is the equivalent of a Chaos Lord in other, lesser, Legions. Each Warsmith commands a Great Company. Pre-Heresy this would consist of around 1,000 Space Marines; but now they vary enormously.
"We fight the long war, not through vain votions of duty and honour, but through a far purer purpose: hatred. At the height of our glory we were betrayed and cast out by our kin. Guilliman, Dorn, Sanguinius-these are names I curse. Horus, Perturabo, Angron-these are names I revere, names I would follow to the very end. It is this hatred that has sustained me throuh the long millenia. I tend it with bitterness. I nurture it with the deaths of my former brothers. For I know that when the end is upon us and Horus is returned, then the false emperor shall be cast down from his sepulchural Golden Throne, and we shall take our rightful place at the side of Horus, the true Emperor of Mankind." Urban Wordsmithing

Sitting around thinking of new words to add to Urban Dictionary.

Usually done in late nights, during class, or after viewing how close Urban Dictionary is to the next million definitions.
"Hey do you think (blank) is already on Urban Dictionary?"
"Maybe, wait, what are you doing?"
"Urban wordsmithing, duh - you've never done it?"
"Haha, actually I have..."

wordsmithery

1. (n) The noble work of an honest wordsmith, in those olden days of punning pundits and quipping quiptographers.
2. (n) The place of business of said wordsmith.
I spend all mine days at yon wordsmithery, getting mine wordsmithery done,
smithing faire words with mine wordsmithing tools,
for profit,
for fame
and for fun.
