A person who is not clever enough to come up with a witty quip during internet conversation. Instead they must resort to finding fault with a posters spelling and grammar or lack there of. Though a word Nazi may do well in academic pursuits they generally lack spirit and soul, and will most likely end up in hell or at very least in bad marriages.

Susan was having a wonderful time in her chat group until the word Nazis should up.

Highly educated individual who doesn't show off, but will defend their point-of-view with sudden and violent wording (or action) when necessary.

I think she's a word nazi. Back-off or she might stick her doctorate up your ass.

An Urban Dictionary editor who refuses a submission for reasons that are never fully explained but instead hides behind a policy statement. This person is perhaps better known as a "pussy".

I submitted my definition of Kwanzaa Klaus to Urban Dictionary twice, but the Word Nazi rejected it each time.

Last Word Nazi

Someone who always needs to put in the last word of an argument, for better or worse, to achieve some minor piece of victory.

"God, let's just stop this stupid argument."

"Yeah, OK. It's like, we both know you're a total hypocrite, so yeah, let's just stop this. Where do you wanna get lunch?"

"God, you're such a fucking Last Word Nazi."

The kind of assholes who always have to have the last word in an argument, no matter what, in order to preserve their self esteem.

They will usually try to change the subject once they know that they've lost.

normal person: "okay dude shut up this is serious"

last word nazi: "don't tell me what to do."

normal person: "why couldn't you just say 'okay fine' like a normal person?"
