A person who wants to be a cop so bad they go out of their way to police people.

Someone who wears apparel or accessories that officers might wear as part of their uniform like a flashlight in belt holster, a utility belt or a tactical vest.

He pulled a guy over because they were driving while using their phone. Such a wanstable!
