This is a modification of the 80’s mullet. It is worn by the diehard that refuses to give up the long hair that he sported back in high school.

The phrase was stated in an interview with Whitney Houston when Diane Sawyer read a headline concerning the cost of Houston's drug habit. Houston, apparently assuming there were receipts from drug dealers and also apparently assuming Sawyer had them requested to see said receipts. The clip went viral in the form an animated .gif.
Person 1: "Did you hear? Cher passed away."
Person 2: "I wannasee the receipts."
Something really useful from the US. The only reply to be made to an acquaintance, or a co-worker you don’t like very much who makes ridiculous demands on your time and effort for no recompense.

This sentence is usually from a video of someone’s art, where the people commenting will go “i wanna eat your art” or “your art looks scrumptious”, which is another way of saying “your art looks good” or “your art looks so skrunkly”.
