Time-Warnered: when a technological service, especially one which promises to be adequate, fails due to crappy customer service, hardware, or other related issues thus making it impossible to enjoy some form of digital media.

Ugh, I can't watch the paternity tests on Maury. I'm getting Time-Warnered.

If you are walking home, after a heavy night drinking having been in the same pub from mid afternoon until chuck out time at 11.20pm and you are completely unable to walk in a straight line and constantly veering into the centre of the road from the pavement, yet in the morning you have no hangover and remember getting home, then you are said to be waggered. Generally one of the most pleasant stages of drunken behaviour.

The word waggered comes from a mixture of stagger and wasted.

After a dozen pints last night, I was waggered.

The act of selling - by supplying samples of higher end products/merchandise which are designated to be sold, and then replacing those products with lesser quality counterfeits. Also known as"The old switcheroo". To "shiester" someone out of his/her money.

To be of extremely dubious origin; Most likely containing a large amount of BS; To be "Full of Sh*t"; To contain a large number of untruths or carefully worded inaccuracies designed to make someone or something appear much better or more effective than in reality. To be based largely out of fantasy.

History: After the well known martial artist Jim Wagner of Black Belt magazine fame who has been regularly outed for being a Walter Mitty type character by his peers

"That gun disarm is very Wagneresque."
