A user who actively makes it more difficult for you to troubleshoot their issue through either stupidity or because they act like an entitled twit.
Damnit Greg is calling. He's such a troubleshit. Last time he didn't want to switch to the supported browser because he didn't want a second shortcut on his desktop, even though the webpage he needed literally wouldn't load in the one he had.
