Time breaker form is used mainly by Kenji Lescara to dramatically increase speed. When it's activated the user's defense is decreased by about a quarter for a dramatic increase speed. This form does not require any energy for usage, in fact it slowly regenerates any damage while in the Timebreaker Form.
