Fashion that was popular from 1997 to 2006-2007. Some examples are: Low-Rise Jeans, Tube Tops, Crop Tops and Cropped Jackets, Denim.. Lots of denim, Juicy Couture, etc. Commonly associated with people like Britney Spears, Destiny's Child, Paris Hilton, etc.

Riding in his motor bike with his helmet to cover his pale blonde dyed head(or even bald), tattooed wearing his leather gloves with his big chunky boots, and leather trousers with his one earring in his ear and futuristic shades. These boys dress like it's 1999 and unapologetically so. Colors are very minimal, black, brown, grey and white.
Y2k fashion isn't always the same, it can also feature cargo pants, bucket hats, puffy vests, khaki chinos, black monotone sneakers, Rockport boots, shiny nylon tracksuits, leather suits, heavily distressed perfecto motorcycle jackets, black or white monotone plimsolls,chunky hiking sandals, worker boots and combat boots, all in black, grey or white(sometimes brown).

"Year 2000 Bug"
1) A software bug caused by the use of 2-digit numbers to represent the 20th century year. When the date became 2000, some software thought it was actually 1900 (or some other incorrect date).
