A rather nebulous condition involving the testicles. This condition may be used occasionally for a sick day from work. As nefarious sounding as it is, who would ask?

"Bob, I'm afraid I can't come to work today. I've got a bad case of testioscoliosis."

When said person has grown a pair of nuts on his/her back.

kid: hey mom, what's wrong with your back?
mom: well son, it's what they call testiscoliosis.
kid:why?
mom: I was at woodstock with a gnome
