There Are No Deals. Essentially, it's when you know you are getting fucked, but it's spun to make it sound like a good deal. Used mainly by Navy personnel to describe ass-pain.

:CPO: "Alright, I got you guys a good deal. You just gotta bust your asses and I'll do what I can to get you out as early as possible."
:Reactor Dept: "TAND."

This simply is used to refer to an individual as being a “bitch”

Tony: Man Jessica yesterday was being a total Tand

Mike: yeah, she was being a complete Tand 100%
