This happens when going to the toilet to do a number 2. While excreting the poo, a constant push with out a pause or hesitation, the poo it hits the water before it snaps off your anus. Thus creating a unique bond from Anus-Poo-Porcelain!

Guy 1: "Hey dude, come check this out! Look how long my shit is... "
Guy 2: "That's fucken long man... That's a Tabookie!"
