The second of a five-tiered system of quantifying an amount of liquid beverage (often alcoholic) consumed without removing the vessel from the lips. The tiers are sip, swip, swig, swug and chug. This tier is rarely used unless defending oneself against the accusation of falsely asking for a sip and actually consuming much more.
person 1: That's the last time I let you hit my O.E., son. I knew you'd chug it down.
