When something is obtained/done/made, by stealth/secrets.
"I've never been so surreptitious" (Panic!At The Disco-Theres a good reason these tables are numbered honey,You just havn't thought of it yet)

surpresent 

A surprise present! Simply a gift that is either unexpected or you simply do not know what you are receiving.
Mom played it well this year... looks like we'll be getting surpresents for Christmas.

surreptitiously 

To do something, usually forbidden, in a sly, sneaky manner.
They were thankful for the sunglasses. It enabled them to surreptitiously cast their joint gaze over Damina's ravishing body.

Surreptitiously 

To do or try something sneakly, and without anyone or anything knowing, nor wanting to cause or attract attention or suspicion.
1. The officer surreptitiously smuggled the goods through.
2. He left the room surreptitiously.
3. She surreptitiously ran away from her boyfriend.
