Suffolk University

Rich smalltowners
This accounts for a majority of the students. Rich kids that lived in small towns in Connecticut mass or RI, whom always had dreams of validating themselves by moving to a city. They play their stereotypes and fashion statements to a t, understanding they got all of their influence on how to live from MTV. Like the foreign kids they have no appreciation for anything, including their education. Many of them try to act like they have some kind of financial concerns but they are lying. They are really boring judgmental and suck at life.
Didn’t make it to emerson
Group of artsy failed hipsters who couldn’t get into emerson. Generally move to Cambridge or allston and try to latch on to the hipster scene of other schools.

Minorities and nerds.
The minorities are blatantly ignored, but seem to do okay forming sub groups. They take advantage of all suffolks unused resources, because everyone else is too snooty to do so.

The nerds are funny “SGA” student government. It’s a mystery why they would invest themselves so much into school, yet go to one of the worst schools. They work hard and are intelligent but are looney and socially inept which is probably why they couldn’t reason well on their SAT’s.

Most Suffolk students, either claim of transferring, or complain about what a Suffolk degree will do for them.

The school itself does the bare minimum to ensure there is no revolt or questioning of their “tax audited” ponzi scheme.” The president makes 2.2 million dollars “second highest paid president of any institution” but gets away with it because, the rich kids don’t care, they get what they pay for,( a place where country club parents can tell people their kids go) The kids who would care can’t challenge them because they have scholarships (they keep the enrollment GPA up as well)

Suffolks social life is non-existent, no parties in the dorms. And the surrounding apartments can’t throw parties because cops will be called, SPD has some weird jurisdiction over the surrounding area. Kids are anti-social in class, hoping that everyone is under the illusion that they are going to some cool party that weekend.

Hate Draft

1. Select a player (real or fantasy) during a sports draft to spite or anger one or more of your opponents because they had intended to select him/her.

2. Select a player (real or fantasy) during a sport draft to put one or more of your opponents at a strategic disadvantage.
1. Billy hate drafted Chad OchoCinco because he knew Sam had wanted him since he is from Cincinnati. Billy already had plenty of players to fill that position but wanted to make sure Sam didn't get him.

2. Billy hate drafted Peyton Manning because he was the only good quarterback left and he knew Sam had been planning on drafting him.

Utility beer

Utility beer is the beer you keep around for the day-to-day moments when beer is a necessity to assist in pedestrian activities (golf, plumbing, yardwork, babysitting, staff meetings, Zoom calls). For the beer snob it is the beer you save for neighbors when they drop in at 3 p.m. on a Tuesday. It is differentiated from the actual high-end beer you save for special events, holidays, and special tastings.
Person 1: Dave, did you bring along those hazy craft IPA's so we could drink while cleaning Lyle's pool?
Person 2: Nope. I just have a bunch of utility beer that Steve dumped on me. Good enough for this. It is only 10:30 a.m.

Police activity, especially of the non-productive type i.e. The act of setting up and patrolling speed traps, harassing or arresting people based on appearance (racial profiling), breaking up parties, any sort of cannabis bust, etc.
