To be cornered, usually in your place of work by a colleague who will not stop talking, usually about some mind numbing non work related subject.

This colleague wanders around the workplace telling the same story over and over again to anyone who will allow themselves to be "suboed"

There are different levels of suboeing, the worst kind is "Suboed to the Max" - the ulitimate in Suboeing where even suicide may be considered an suitable option
