A second bowl movement caused from asshole stimulation. When you go to wipe your asshole after a bowel movement and the stimulation from the toilet paper rubbing your asshole causes you to take a second bowel movement.

"Oh man, I just wasted so much toilet paper"
"Stimi?"
"Yeah"
