Plastic surgery that requires a form of sorcery to be successful. Said to be particularly helpful for individuals who's face is seen on TV, such as David Pakman, the host of The David Pakman show, who was asked by a caller to get some plastic sorgery to fix his face, in order to convince the caller to watch the show more.
David Pakman could use some plastic sorgery to fix his face. I would watch The David Pakman show on YouTube more if he did.

1. a. describes something having to do with Asperger syndrome, or extremely nerdy, obsessive, or social-skill-lacking behavior.

2. n Asperger's like behavior or atmosphere. Describes an activity nobody with a life/social skills would or should attempt. Examples include spending hours with spreadsheets figuring out the inner workings of an online game, or trying to get Linux to work. Not being able to take a joke about Linux would certainly fall under this term.

A plastic surgery procedure so advanced, it might as well be an act of pure magic and sorcery. This procedure is usually performed by surgeon-mage, also known as a sorgerer.
