Anguille sous Rocco 

From the french expression : "anguille sous roche" that tell : "There is a snake in the grass."
But the second metaphore that tell there is Rocco like "Rocco Sifreddi" referred to the italian pornstar.

So the meaning explain that there is something hidden about a sexual thing.

Smiley Over-Usage Syndrome.

Commonly seen among teenagers trying to add emotion to their chats, e-mails, etc. The disease is also common among pedophiles and stalkers trying to make their alter-ego seem more realistic. It is very easily contracted, even via the internet, and has become an epidemic throughout sites such as Youtube, Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter.

Sous Chef 

When your friend puts in all of the prep-work on the girl, but doesn't have enough game to close the deal. Much like a real sous-chef puts in all the work preparing the meal, the chef with the big-dick-white-tophat gets the credit.

By the end of the night, most often than not, the sous-chef's girl will be in bed with someone else, giving him sloppy handjobs.

Friend1: Oh wow, look at that guy, he has so much game. Look how well he can just approach girls!

French - lit. "under vacuum"

A cooking technique in which food is vacuum sealed in a bag and placed in a temperature-controlled water bath for several hours.

Usually, the water bath is kept at the desired final temperature of the food so that the entire portion slowly reaches the same level of doneness inside and out.

This technique is often used to precisely cook meats to a desired temperature.

I had a filet mignon prepared sous vide for dinner last night.
