When on a digital video / conference call with colleagues, if your audio gets choppy or distorted in any way (interference, packet loss, background noise, echoing, etc.) this is called 'suttling'.

The shutting up theory

Allow me to explain.

This theory speculates that by closing your mouth while simultaneously ceasing your lips to move people don't have to hear your annoying ass and by doing this it means nobody has to suffer from hearing what you have to say. This is due to how annoying you're being right now and everybody wanting you to stop talking.

The act of removing socks, shoes, and any other article of clothing from your feet and wiggling your toes in circular motion. Scuttling can be done alone, in the presence of your friends, or in the face of your good friend sarah.
