A general gumby, a real doofus, one who has just displayed extremely limited talent at a task. Generally only used directed at the gumby/doofus immediately after such display. Origins from Australia.

'Oh dear, it appears I have poured piping hot gravy all over myself.'
'Way to go, you shmacky.'

'Oh man, I just found out my girlfriend was a man.'
'Nice one, shmacky.'

A British slang term made up by two cousins one day used to describe a very promiscuous man (see manwhore)

Girl 1: "That guy has at least four girlfriends."

Girl 2: "Yeah, he's such a shmacky."
