Rag-dome 

The condition in which an individual falls asleep with a doo-rag tied too tightly to their dome (head) and comes to school the next day with a massive imprint across their forehead. This visible scar typically doesn't fade for at least 24 hours, and the subject is prone to being dissed or made fun of by fellow peers throughout the day.

Nick: Man, look at you. Why do you have that massive imprint across your forehead?

Evan: Dude, I was wearin' a doo-rag last night and fell asleep with it on too tight.

Briar: Dang, you've got a rag-dome.

Carter: Haha, that sucks for you.

randomers 

Random people. People you don't know, and who seem to be there for no reason. Strangers, or barely-there acquaintances.
The ones nobody invited to the party, but who hang around anyway - no-one will ask them to leave, as no-one knows who invited them in the first place.

My Facebook friends are a mix of colleagues, school friends, and randomers I couldn't turn down in case I'd met them and forgotten about it.

Randome 

the act of getting "dome" (aka head, fellatio, blowjob, etc.) from a girl who you do not know (generally a promiscuous female who has self worth issues and has to prove to herself she is worth anything).
Hence the "random" part of ranDOME.
