poplewaca 

Pods of people living everywhere whom are artists causing art.

A poplewaca is a group of artists who live in a community and create collaborative art projects. Or artists whom know each other and are influenced by each other's art.
The painters at the turn of the century in Paris are an example of a poplewaca. Rappers who break in the scene at the same time, but grew up together are a poplewaca.

A last name so powerful, so awesome, that the Gods' themselves chose it as their personal favorite. It is said that a person with the last, middle, or first name as Polewaczyk, shall have great wealth, a superb figure, and be talented at everything he/she does.
