A group of people, especially on social media, who ridicule others for real or perceived words or actions that go against their beliefs.
When Joey referred to James as his "favorite faggot, " he was ridiculed on Facebook, even though it was just a tease between friends. "It was my first experience with call out culture," he tweeted later.

To insult; using an insult in place of one's name.
Usually referring to the term bitch.
