A frustrated, aggravated attitude that occurs when a person who smokes weed regularly runs out of weed. One becones bitchy and irritable. This lasts until the person smokes weed again.

She developed quite an outtitude every time she ran out of weed.

Short for "black attitude". The uppity attitude an African American displays when he/she feels disrespected. Is usually displayed by females, often accompanied with yelling, finger-waving, and head-bobbing.

I accused an African American of cutting in line at the grocery store and she started giving me blattitude.
