An exclamation often used when something bad is about to happen, and is often said so incredibly fast that it almost doesn't sound like a word.

person 1: (about to spill staining substance on carpeted surface)

This also effects those outside the gender binary, making them cool as shit. many people who have ohshitimtrans take supplements that heighten their testosterone or estrogen levels, but there are still many who choose not to.
