A pocket list is a list which you keep all the good places that are worth visiting, like bars, restaurants or spots for nice views, etc. The reason why it's called a pocket list is you keep it in the pocket, so you can ‘write it down’ whenever any good idea/venue comes up.

I got pulled over, so I gave my dope to my girlfriend. She shoved it down her pants and into her flesh pocket so I didn't get caught.
