Motetheus 

A demi-god like woman who is worshiped by an extinct tribe off the coast of Papua New Guinea.
She takes the form of a girl from time to time, and the word can be used to describe any god-like female, though very few are deserving of the title. There are some who believe that the world has only one such female at time.

Guy 1: Man, she's a dime piece.
Guy 2: She must be the Motetheus, or something. No way a normal person could be that awesome.
